1. Regulation cooperation

1.1. Agents commitment is the owner or holder of legal mining sites and applications.

Dealers are committed to reimburse AdFlex if there are any complaints against AdFlex arising from Advertising posted in Ad Position in scope related to the ownership of the Dealer website. If you violate any matter specified in this clause, Agent will not be entitled to any fees relating to the registration of Advertising at Ad Position and commitment to refund the entire AdFlex Agent fee that was received regarding the posting Ads in Ad Position and compensation for all the damages AdFlex arise.

1.2. Agents are solely responsible under the law and the use of the content on the website or application of the agent business done.

1.3. Agents implementing business practices in order to introduce products to the public in accordance with the law.

1.4. Agents have the right to know the full range of information on policies and benefits for agents.

2.1 Who can cooperate with AdFlex?

- Marketer, owning huge traffic via AdWords, AdMob, Facebook Ads v.v...

2.2 Monetize with AdFlex

AdFlex provides publishers with 4 business models to get started:


- CPI Store
CPI Store allows you directly promote app/game on mobile website or in applications.
Pros: Highest revenue performance. Best CPI’s quality.
Cons: You need to know when to start and stop campaign in order to promote the application advertised by AdFlex in a reasonable time to attract users


- AdFlex SDK
AdFlex SDK allows you to put ads into your applications by integrating wrapper SDK or SDK code. You can integrate wrapper SDK into any application without source code.
Pros: The stability of revenue generated will depend on the time users keep applications which is integrated AdFlex SDK
Cons: You need to promote the free application which is integrated AdFlex SDK to end-users to generate revenue


- Apphub.asia

3. Policies and regulations on business

3.1. Valid Installation and Click acknowledgement

AdFlex provides products and business tools through CPI Store, Smart Ads, SDK, Apphub.asia and other support tools on the information portal site http://pub.adflex.asia

Revenue of Publisher is recorded based on the two units: installation - CPI and click - CPC by the end-users. To cooperate with AdFlex, Publishers need to comply with the provisions of acknowledgement of CPI or CPC. If Publishers do not accept or do not comply with the provisions of AdFlex, AdFlex has the right to cease cooperation or offering other forms of sanction for revenue and Publisher’s account. Valid CPI/CPC acknowledgement is built with the aim of ensuring a healthy advertising CPI, CPC model and the rights of all Publishers cooperating with AdFlex.

Non-incentive Advertising Campaigns


Valid CPI acknowledgement

- End users download applications to their mobile device on a voluntary basis and understand of their behavior.

- End users successfully install the application and open it while the device is connected to a network.

- The device has never installed applications advertised by AdFlex before. Deleting then reinstall applications shall not be recorded.

- Within an hour after the successful installation and opening, AdFlex shall record and evaluate the validity based on criteria: subject, geographic areas, languages, devices ... which are in accordance with the advertising criteria of AdFlex.


CPI limitation:

- A device (identified by IMEI) cannot record more than 3 installation a da;

- An IP address cannot record more than 3 installation a day

- The installation violating these two conditions shall be classified and the account shall be monitored or sanctioned by AdFlex


The typical forms of violation include (but not limited to):

- Force user to install applications.

- Counterfeit applications.

- Self-install on your devices.

- Self-install on a virtual device.

Valid CPC acknowledgement

- End users click on advertisements with their mobile device when the device is connected to a network on a voluntary basis and understand of their behavior:

- Subjects, geographic areas, languages, devices ... are in accordance with the advertising criteria of AdFlex

- Within an hour after the click, AdFlex shall record and assess the validity of Click.


CPC limitation:

- A device (identified by IMEI) cannot record more than 3 clicks a day;

- An IP address cannot record more than 3 clicks a day;

- The click violating these two conditions shall be classified and the account shall be monitored or sanctioned by AdFlex.


The typical forms of violation include (but not limited to):

- Force users to click

- Trick users to click

- Self-click on your devices

- Self-click on a virtual device

Incentive Advertising Campaigns

Beside regulations of valid CPI/CPC acknowledgement for non-incentive campaigns, a CPI or CPC in incentive campaigns can be valid in these circumstances:

- Use rewards so that users intentionally install or click on ads

- An IP address only allows up to 3 devices to exploit the incentive campaign

3.2. The typical forms of violation

The typical forms of violation include (but not limited to):

- Self-install/click on a virtual device

- Click/install in an unnatural way for of non-incentive advertising campaigns

- Affect applications which are integrated AdFlex SDK or website displaying AdFlex ads to create the results that the end-user do not wish to

- Attack AdFlex system

- Create fraud install/click by affect the system

3.3. Fraud sanction

Publisher should understand and respect the regulations given by AdFlex. In the collaborative process, AdFlex has the rights to:

- Stop cooperating with any Publisher that AdFlex considers not beneficial to the parties

- Not recognize revenue, penalize revenue and lock account of parties violating the regulations of AdFlex


Accounts that have sign of violating shall be informed in advance. Depend on the seriousness, AdFlex shall flexibly apply two following methods:

- Not recognize all revenue generated over a period of time, including the not violating revenue and the violating one;

- Lock account, and not recognize all revenue generated.
